But this experience is helping children develop a wide range of skills they'll rely on when they start school.

As children listen, think, cut and place each character in the correct position, they're building:

In our mud kitchen, preschoolers explored cooking with natural materials, using herbs, leaves, mud, and bark to create their own recipes, including winter soup, cookies, and rice dishes.

Through this hands-on play, children are developing:
