The first cab off the rank is our Tempranillo for our sparkling, then we'll move on to our Chardonnay and Alvarhino. Looking through the individual fruit parcels we have available this year our red varieties are particularly strong 💪 . As the mild sunny weather continues, all of us at S&K are pretty excited to show you our 2021 vintage.
