Terms And Conditions
Entry is strictly at 119 Curry Street
All New parents to fill out the form and waiver and drop off at your first lesson ( on the group, link below )
If you have had a new addition to your family, just redo your form to include them .

* Pay cash , drop to my home Studio

* Parent/Guardian Presence:�Children MUST be accompanied by parents or guardians (16 years or older) while on the premises and during lessons. You CANNOT drop and go if it is a 1 on 1 lesson. ��
* Check-in/Check-out:�Swimmers must sign in check in to mark their presence. ��
* Late Arrival/Early Departure:�Be aware if you are late you join in where everyone is up to . If you leave early that is up to you , not an issue of PBWE�
* Sickness Policy �If your child is visibly sick/ill please don’t not bring to lessons. If a parent /sibling has an illness such as Gastro then please don’t attend lessons . �
* Payment Methods:�We prefer cash/direct debit/Pay ID
* Lessons must be paid 2 weeks PRIOR to lessons starting each term .

* Refunds and Credits:�These are very rare and in an extreme circumstance subject to PBWE approval.
Make up lesson description :- weather , sickness , if I cancel in emergency. �What ISN’T subject to a makeup lesson You will Not be awarded a makeup lesson if you decide to not attend / forget to attend classes/child’s nap time/husband forgets to take them ��
* Make-up Lessons in General. I will award 2 make up classes per term for lessons that I have been notified of your absence at least 1 hour prior to 7 am daily.
* If I cancel a lesson, you will automatically be awarded a makeup class in a time that is specified
* Pool Usage: Adhere to pool rules, such as no running, diving, or jumping in the pool area. �
* Hygiene: Shower before using the pool and wear appropriate swimwear. �
* Supervision: Ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the water. Children are not permitted to stray outside of the pool area .�
* Inappropriate Behaviour: Inappropriate behaviour, physical or verbal, may result in removal from the premises. �
* Lost Property: Will be stored at the sign in area .��
* No Glass or Breakable Objects: Glass or other breakable objects must not be brought onto the premises. �
* No Underwear or Cotton Outerwear: No underwear, nappies, boxer shorts or cotton outerwear permitted in the water.
* Swim nappies are Mandatory
* The front of my house area is out of bounds . By council rules, cars can only enter from the back of the church yard at 119 Curry Street
* Children not in a class are not to run around and destroy my gardens and must be quiet for the duration of the lessons. Please keep them out of my ponds 🤦🏻♀️
Please join the group for your swim day so you can keep up to date with storm cancellation etc .
