We have been so impressed with the progress our son, who is in Grade 5, has made after just six tutoring lessons. School has been challenging for him, but he genuinely looks forward to tutoring each week and is enjoying learning again thanks to Dea!

We have noticed a significant improvement in both his knowledge and behaviour, as well as his confidence and attitude towards learning. His tutor has created a supportive and enjoyable environment where he feels comfortable and motivated to learn.

Can’t wait to tell my year 4 student that his teacher has said he’s smashed his latest maths assessment. It’s a privilege to be able to make such a big difference in just a few weeks tutoring this young man. Makes my heart sing.

How awesome is group tutoring? Our year 5 group explored fractions today and worked so well together. The exploration led to the introduction of equivalent fractions. There’s one incorrect one on the board, but they did pretty well. The power of collaborative learning combined with being able to physically manipulate materials = learning magic.

"I can't wait for our next tutoring session". This is why I started ThrivEd CQ. To hear this statement from a boy who doesn't enjoy school, my heart is full tonight!!

Thank you to all the families who have joined the ThrivEd CQ family during our first ever term of business. We have been blown away by the amount of interest we have received already and are loving supporting you all.

We’ve set up a beautiful new tutoring room especially for our primary school students equipped with wobble stools for those students who need that extra movement to help with concentration during sessions. We also use a lot of hands on materials to really consolidate deep understanding of concepts.

As well as general tutoring, we offer curriculum support and tutoring for homeschooling families and work closely with the family to develop programs to suit each family’s unique needs, wants and values.
