🌟 What a fantastic week we've had at our school – even with the wet weather, spirits stayed high and learning was in full swing! 🌧️🙂
Our Year 1 students have all completed their number screening checks. This important milestone helps our teachers plan tailored units that truly meet each student's needs, setting everyone up for success.
During Reconciliation Week, all students have been learning a new word each day in Indigenous languages, enriching our understanding and respect for cultural heritage. Next week, we’re thrilled to welcome some adorable ducklings as part of the Hatch and Grow program! Our Kindergarten students will have the wonderful opportunity to learn about living things up close and personal.
To continue our Reconciliation Week celebrations, students will participate in the Djalgala Baya Incursion, where they’ll discover how having a yarn is an important part of learning and school life. It’s shaping up to be an inspiring and educational experience for everyone.
Stay tuned for more updates and thanks to our amazing school community for making every day so special! 💙🐥📚
