Throughout my life, I've struggled to find effective therapy. Despite trying various modalities, none seemed to provide the breakthrough I needed.

I felt stuck in old patterns and ways of being, longing for change but unsure how to achieve it.

I reached a point where I felt resigned to the idea that I might never break free from these limitations. My lack of progress left me feeling disheartened and disconnected from my true self.

I had become the Einstein of over thinking but alas no Nobel prize for me. I yearned to become a better version of myself, but the path forward seemed obscured by obstacles I couldn't overcome alone.

Fortunately, I discovered the power of having a personal coach. This wasn't just any coach, but a qualified and certified professional dedicated to guiding me through my journey of self-discovery.

Their unwavering support, gentle guidance, and genuine interest in my growth became invaluable resources as I navigated through my challenges.

With my coach's help, I experienced a profound transformation. I regained my inspiration and found my voice once again. My self-confidence soared as I became more aware of what was holding me back and began to dismantle those barriers. I emerged from the crisis stronger and more empowered than ever before, ready to embrace a new chapter of my life.

Now, armed with the insights and tools gained from my coaching experience, I stand as a testament to the power of self-discovery and growth. I encourage others to seek out the support they need, to believe in their ability to overcome obstacles, and to never lose sight of the incredible potential that lies within each of us. Together, we can embark on a journey of transformation and emerge victorious on the other side.

Do you find yourself stuck in a cycle of bad habits, despite knowing they're detrimental to your well-being? You've tried everything to break free, but somehow, you always find yourself returning to them.

Over time, you've resigned yourself to accepting these habits as an integral part of who you are, justifying them to alleviate feelings of guilt.

You're not alone in this struggle; it's what Archetypal coaching terms "Obsession and Delusion" - being fixated on your habits while deluding yourself into believing there's no alternative path to fulfillment.

This obsession and delusion trap you in a cycle of seeking external fulfillment, leaving you perpetually feeling unsatisfied and craving more.

Despite recognizing the harm caused by your habits, you're convinced there's no other way to be happy. You're only getting half of what you truly desire, stuck in a state of lack and constantly yearning for more.

But there's hope. By delving into the root causes of your habits, you can break free from this cycle. Understanding why you seek fulfillment externally can lead to a natural liberation from these destructive patterns.

Take my experience, for example. I've struggled with nail-biting since childhood, enduring embarrassment and shame. After numerous failed attempts to quit, I resigned myself to this habit.

However, something shifted recently, and I effortlessly stopped biting my nails. It was only after encountering insights from my personal coach and reflecting on my upbringing that I realized the root cause.

As I found my voice and began sharing my thoughts, the habit vanished, replaced by a newfound confidence and pleasure in caring for my long nails.

This victory, though seemingly small, has empowered me to tackle more challenging habits. And you can do the same.

By understanding the root causes of your habits, you can break free from their grip and experience true fulfillment.

Whether it's bad habits or toxic relationships, when you're ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery and transformation, I'm here to support you. Let's chat and take the first step toward a happier, more fulfilling life.

As Gandi said, "Be in the world what you want the world to be."

When you take full responsibility for how you are feeling and quit blaming others or situations, you become at Cause rather than Effect.

Being at Cause empowers you to choose a different response and once you enact this shift, it often seems like a transformational experience because surprisingly the undesirable occurrences tend to diminish. Give it a go!!! Yee Ha!!!!!

Exploring Perception Projection Further. Looking in the Mirror.

Perception projection manifests in four distinct ways, shedding light on how our perceptions influence our interactions:

1. Direct Reflection: When you notice you dislike in someone else, consider whether it's a behaviour you exhibit towards others as well. Reflect: Do I engage in similar actions towards others?

2. Self-Reflection: Critiques of others may mirror insecurities or self-criticisms within yourself. Explore whether the disliked trait resonates with your own self-perception.

3. Symbolic Resonance: Identify parallels between disliked behaviours in others and similar patterns in your own life. For instance, if you resent backseat driving, examine where you might be exerting control in other areas.

4. Denied Recognition: Disliked traits in others could signify aspects of yourself that you're unwilling to acknowledge. Take a moment to introspect and uncover any denied qualities within yourself.

Many of you may be familiar with the saying that if someone's actions bother you and stir up discomfort or irritation, it's often referred to as a mirror.

This suggests that perhaps you're exhibiting similar behaviours, and life is trying to convey a message to you. For instance, I used to get really frustrated with my husband's habit of constantly giving directions from the passenger seat while I drove.

I was certain I didn't do the same thing because I was aware of how annoying and controlling it could be. However, my perspective shifted when I came across the concept of Perception is Projection.

It dawned on me that I was guilty of similar behaviours in other aspects of my life—I was being controlling, judgmental, and overly directive with other people who were around me.

More to come later on Perception is Projection, a fascinating discovery for self-development and taking full responsibility for your own annoyances so they magically disappear.

Hi, my name is Sally, and I want to ask you: Have you ever looked at your life from the outside and thought it was okay, even pretty perfect, but wondered why you didn’t feel happy on the inside? Despite leading an extraordinary and exciting life filled with achievements in the performing arts, successful relationships, and an interesting career as a social worker for the government in Child Protection, I found myself grappling with a deep sense of emptiness and dissatisfaction.

I got the golden ticket to retirement. Fantastic, right? It was supposed to be my time to shine, to do anything I wanted, but six months later, I couldn't shake the feeling of being lost and unfulfilled, as if something crucial was missing from my life. I found myself avoiding people like I had Covid. So much for hammocks and margaritas; it turned out to be more like a solo game of hide-and-seek where I couldn't seem to find myself.

Now, in the clutches of early retirement, I realized that my 9-to-5 busyness as a social worker had done a fantastic job of diverting me from my own happiness. I had spent years doing everything for everyone else at the detriment of my own needs.

My faithful coping mechanisms, such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, were not working for me. Turning to my trusty vices such as ci******es, alcohol, and drugs weren’t working either. The dull emptiness inside was like my own personal black hole. I quickly realized that these old habits, although familiar, had never really served me, nor were they the true answers I needed. I had learned a lot about myself and the world; however, I was still searching for happiness outside of myself and often in self-sabotaging ways.

In a plot twist worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster, I stumbled upon an organization called Evolve Now! Enter Transformative Life Coaching, or TLC as I affectionately call it, because who doesn't need a bit of TLC in their life? It was the lifesaver I didn't know I needed. TLC offers tools to gently uncover and mend emotional scars from the past.

With the guidance of my coach, I embarked on a journey to search my soul and face my demons. And let's be honest, demons when brought out into the light are more like disgruntled gnomes than fearsome monsters. By opening up and addressing past traumas, I created space for positive change. Trust, intuition, and the ability to make better decisions started to grow, making me feel wiser, worthier, and more capable.

Like all of us, I am a work in progress. Even so, I strive and am learning to live in the present moment. I connect easily with people step by step, like a cosmic dance where the universe choreographed the moves. No more trying to fix others or needing them to fix me; I'm the captain of my ship now, even if it is a dinghy. I am sailing through life now and have learned that joy and love can be found in the simple act of being. If it can be summed up in one sentence: Retirement can be the BEST time of your life if you BE HERE NOW!

However, please don’t wait until retirement like I did to free yourself from past limitations and discover your hidden potential. Whatever your age, if you are drowning yourself in busyness or are feeling unfulfilled and empty inside and would like to find out more, then please reach out, and let’s chat.
