These drains and channels have had decades of use with the concrete absorbing oils/fats and the like so to ensure coating adhesion and further decades of use we opted for a fibreglass reinforcement.

Fibreglass Friday! these blast freezers concrete up stands were cracked and damaged so after prep and crack filling we fibreglassed reinforced and coated with our epoxy coating system designed for cold and damp applications.

Almost done with this pool refurb which included crack filling and re-coating. This system is the most economical option to get your pool back into action.

Another food processing plant completed this week this epoxy flooring system is chemical resistant, anti fungal, non slip and a must when hygiene is papramount.

Look at this 💪.. this floor was done by our founding company Liquid Plastics over 20 years ago it’s a freezer and gets washed out daily. It’s a suspended concrete slab so subject to movement. So how do we overcome movement in the joints so the floor doesn’t crack and water doesn’t leak thru? We install pre fabricated joints! And where can you buy these joints?? You can’t.. we manufacture these joints in house exclusive for our installations only..

And 2023 is done last job of the year finished today and it’s nearing Scotch O’clock. Happy New Year let’s see what 2024 brings 🫣
