Exciting news! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce that our club has its very own Local Matters jar at GRILL’D Watergardens this November! 🍔💚
All month long, when you grab a bite at Grill’d, you’ll receive a token to place in one of the three jars — and we’d love for you to pop yours in our club’s jar! 🙌
The jar with the most tokens at the end of November wins $300, which will go directly towards supporting our fundraising efforts and helping our amazing athletes reach their goals. 🏆

Congratulations to Our Outstanding Athletes!
We are incredibly proud of our talented athletes who represented us with excellence at the 2025 National Championships held in South Australia. Their dedication, determination, and passion for their sport truly shone through on the national stage.
🏅 Enzo delivered a stellar performance to take home the Gold Medal in his poomsae category, showcasing his exceptional skill and focus under pressure.
🏅 Joaquin also achieved an impressive Gold Medal finish, proving that hard work and commitment lead to extraordinary results.
🥈 Zarija demonstrated remarkable consistency and strength, earning a well-deserved Silver Medal after a series of outstanding performances.
🥉 Charlotte showed true perseverance and talent, securing the Bronze Medal and contributing to an incredible team effort.
Each of these athletes has shown what can be achieved through dedication, teamwork, and a love for their sport. Their achievements not only highlight their individual brilliance but also the supportive and inspiring environment that our community continues to build.
With such incredible momentum from 2025, the year ahead promises to be even brighter. As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to see these athletes continue to grow, set new goals, and inspire others with their passion and success. We are excited to be welcoming to our club again Australia’s two-time Olympian , for an exclusive workshop!
🗓️ Date, Saturday 28th October
⏰ Time, 1:30-2:30pm
📍 Location, GMA FITNESS ACADEMY 31 Katherine drive, Ravenhall
💵 Cost, $50 per person
Join us in this opportunity to train with one of Australia’s elite taekwondo athletes as Stacey shares her Olympic-level knowledge and experiences this hands on session will include a wide range of techniques suitable for both developing and advanced competitive athletes.
Eligibility: open to blue belts and above who are currently competing in sparring.
🥋 All proceeds from this event will go directly toward supporting Stacey on her journey to the upcoming Olympic Games.
