The Filipino Australian Diabetes Support Network is holding a free event to help in the fight against diabetes.

You are invited to the Step Up For Diabetes event on Saturday, September 20 at Bungarribee Park, Western Sydney Parklands.

Join the Rooty Hill parkrun (a free community event where you can walk, jog or run the entire 5k or a shorter distance) and then enjoy light refreshments, a talk with simple exercises by an exercise physiologist and a Q&A session.
