Dean and I have been obsessed with the flavored lattes (no coffee) from the newly opened T Spoon Cafe at Salamander Bay shops.. so today we treated the kids and this is what they think.

🤣🤣 LOL to my crash out over cutting onions half way through.

Pumpkin Soup

1.5 kg pumpkin
2 large onions
4 whole garlic cloves
1 litre chicken stock
200mls cream or coconut cream

Add pumpkin, onion, garlic and stock to pot.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until pumpkin is very tender.
Blitz until smooth
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir through cream.
