Learning how to be a confident QUEEN in all areas of my life has been a personal goal of mine since the beginning of 2020👸🏼
I have cracked the code for myself and these are a few things that make me feel my most confident powerful self:

🍉asking for help when I need it
I used to think asking for help when I was feeling down made me weak... man it’s a game changer when you let go of that to let someone help you be the best you you can be.

3 underrated but v important vitamins to make sure you’re getting as frequently as possible ✨✨✨
🦋Vitamin N= Nature
🦋Vitamin FA= Fresh Air
🦋Vitamin S= Sunshine
If you’re feeling irritable, stuck in your head, seasonal depression, winter blues type of feelings here are a few things that have really helped me get out of my funk..
1. Make outdoor play mandatory!!
I go for a walk every single morning and make sure I’m getting all the sunshine, smiles and fresh air I can get especially while in lockdown.
2. I have been making sure I’m not sitting for to long by getting up and moving my body in any way that makes me feel good. Ex: (Going to a local playground and jumping on there I ground trampoline)
3. Asking for help has been big for me! If I’m not having the best day reaching out to a friend or family member for some love has been a game changer for me.
4. I make sure to stop being on my phone at least an hour before bed time to help me get better sleep so I can wake up refreshed and recharged in the morning.

I have been doing as well as one could hope being in stage 4 lockdown unable to leave our house except for essentials..
It is in these times I am thankful I know how to keep my mental health in check ✨
I have been doing lots of self care, long walks, FaceTime calls home, and eating 🤩

Are you a glass half full or half empty type of person?? 🥃
It's frustrating isn't it? When you can't figure out how to ditch the negativity and come to the positive side of life.
You might be thinking what kinds of things can I do to become a more optimistic person?
Because I hate to tell ya but you aren't just born a negative human being.. Although it helps that you don't surround yourself with negative people. It is DEF something that can be learned.
Sound difficult? I am here to help!
In the past few years of adulthood and moving out to AUS on my own I started thinking less positively about my future to protect myself from disappointment. Because in the past I had been so wrong about things and ended up heartbroken and confused. So why not just think of the worst case scenario then I can't get hurt right??
WRONG.
In life there will always be things that don't go as you might have planned but there are also SOOO many amazing things ahead.
Life isn't all rainbows 🌈 and butterflies 🦋 but it's also not all storms and rain ⛈either? SO why not get excited for the rainbows instead of waiting for it to rain.

Today’s gonna be a good day! 💥💥
I wake up every morning telling myself that.. now does everyday end up being a good day? Not always. But at the end of each day I can always find something to be grateful for.
It’s important you cut yourself some slack. Especially in these times we are all struggling in some way.
I work really hard on myself daily and the more I learn the more I want to share with you!
You are the greatest project you will ever work on ✨ remember that next time you get down on yourself. Results take time.
The small changes you make everyday will eventually add up and you will become what you have always wanted. I know for myself I have come so far working towards the person I want to be even in the last 6 months! And that’s because I have made some difficult but needed changes from within

Let’s talk moving that BODAYYYY!
Not only is working out great for your body but it works wonders on your mind as well!
With everything happening with covid it can be really easy to just lay in bed all day and put exercise on the back burner BUT if you get up and get moving in whatever way feels best for you I’m telling you it will change the way you feel instantly! That may look like a short walk around your block, jumping on your trampoline, lifting weights, or my personal fav dancing around your house to your fav music! Anything to get your body up and moving will make the world of difference on your mental health!
And I don’t know about you but I could always use tips on making sure I’m taking care of my own mental health..

When you change your HABITS you change your LIFE!✨🤘🏼
A huge turning point for me was when I changed my habit of biting my nails. Changing that one habit had a huge ripple effect, before I found myself biting my nails whenever I was feeling stressed or anxious..
My whole life people who don’t bite there nails would tell me “just don’t bite them” but if it was that easy don’t you think I would have? 🤦🏼♀️
It takes more than just telling yourself to stop doing a habit you have done for years.. It takes practice.
For me I changed this habit when I switched out one bad habit for a healthier habit that would satisfy my need to make myself feel better when I'm having an anxiety attack or stressed out about something. For me that looks like instead of biting my nails I do a breathing exercise or sing my favorite song in my head (or out loud if I am in a space that allows for that)
💥💥it doesn't have to make sense to anyone else it just has to be a healthy shift for yourself.

Do you struggle with anxiety or stress??
I have lived with anxiety almost my entire life.. It doesn't always have a reason for happening sometimes it just happens and there is really no explanation for it. Let me tell you that s**t SUCKS.👎🏻
I was about 12 when I started really noticing my anxiety attacks and stress and since then I have tried a million different ways to cope with it.
I have created a FREE downloadable PDF for my fellow anxious babies that I think you will enjoy just as much as I do.

1. Make yourself laugh 😜
Laughter after all is the best medicine! For me one of the quickest ways to make me laugh or smile is by chatting with my friends or watching a funny show (my personal faves are Schitts Creek and Friends). Laughing reduces stress and releases endorphins. In the wise words of miss Elle Woods “endorphins make you happy!” No matter what you can’t feel anxious or sad if you're laughing it relaxes your whole body which is what we all need when we are stressed.
2. Journal 📓
Writing down all the reasons you are feeling anxious or stressed helps clear your mind so you can make space for happiness. When you write things down it helps you have a better understanding of what is triggering you and can be easier to get control over. You may find after writing your worries down on paper they are not so bad or difficult to fix as you may have thought in your head.
⚡️⚡️These are QUICK ways to handle anxiety. I use these when I need to calm myself down immediately.

This morning I am grateful! Sometimes I forget how truly lucky I am to be living in such a cute little town with a cute bf.
If you know me well you know I’m extremely hard on myself and I’m always thinking way to far ahead in life. This is something I’m working very hard on changing about myself.
Overthinking the future takes away all the kickass things that are happening right now! This morning waking up and going for a sunny walk to get an iced latte with my bff was just what I needed to remind myself life is GOOD. Thankful for my health and for my energy.

No matter how much we try to avoid negative emotions life has a way of making sure we find them...
There are moments in our life where we look around feel like everyone else is so happy and thriving but you just seem stuck with no clear sign of returning to a positive thought anytime soon. Trust me I have been there... often.
I have always been really good at showing the happy, go lucky side of myself. On the outside you would think wow that’s one happy chappy... and most of the time I am that girl! But what we don’t always get to see is the late nights crying, the fear of judgment, the uncertainty of the future..
It’s the hardships that make you stronger and help you grow.
Now why am I telling you this?? Because there is a way out of the toxic negative thinking cycle. They are thoughts and we have the power to change them!! Exciting I KNOW😜

3 reasons i’m becoming a Life Coach✨✨
People have been asking me a lot lately what made you want to become a life coach? There are alot of reasons I decided to take the leap and just go for it so let’s start with three!
1. In becoming a life coach it allows me to become an expert in my OWN life as well as helping others.. A little self love and appreciation for yourself goes a long way and I have learned new ways to change habits in myself that I can’t wait to share with YOU.
2.I have always wanted to be my own boss lady but didnt know how.. I was always getting in my own way telling myself I wasn’t capable, smart enough, or business savvy. And there was never anything I was incredibly passionate about other than helping my friends and fam see how totally freakin BADASS they are when they give themselves the space to be.. So when I discovered life coaching it just clicked and I finally found something to drive me to be the person I had always wanted to be.
3.I haven't lived in one place for more than a year in almost 3 years! I'm always moving until I find a place I want to settle but in saying that I was/am sick of the paycheck to paycheck lifestyle I have had for some time now so I wanted a job that could move with me wherever it is that I am. As most of you know I’m living in Australia right now and my entire family is in the states. I wanted a job where I could just hop on a plane without having to ask anyone if it was okay.. Having my own coaching business will allow for that. Once MISS RONA kindly exits :)
