This National Careers Week, the Office of Sport are excited to launch Her Future in Sport - a new series of tools, resources and content to inspire teenage girls to explore careers across the sporting sector 🩷
While women’s sport is growing rapidly, many girls still don’t realise the wide range of roles available beyond being an athlete or coach. From media and marketing to health, technology, design and management, there is a diverse range of career pathways to explore.
Developed together with teenage girls, our resources and tools are designed to be fun, practical and help girls connect their strengths and interests to future careers. 💻
If you’re a teacher, coach or parent, we encourage you to share the hub with girls in your community and help spark conversations about the many possible futures waiting for them in sport. 🙌

❄️ College Uniform Expectations - Winter Update
As the weather cools down, we’d like to remind families of the importance of students attending school each day in full college uniform.
Our uniform plays an important role in building a strong sense of pride, belonging and connection across our college community. It also supports student safety, equity and readiness for learning.
We understand comfort is important during the colder months and are currently awaiting delivery of a new style of college trackpants. We’ll keep families updated as soon as they arrive!
In the meantime, students are asked to continue wearing approved college uniform items, including the college jumper/jacket, school shirt or polo, and college shorts or trackpants.
If you would like to donate your old school uniforms, our friendly office staff can point you in the right direction.
Thank you to our students and families for your ongoing support in maintaining high expectations and fostering a positive college culture.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day
Today, we celebrate and honour the mothers, grandmothers, carers, and special women in our lives.
We also acknowledge that Mother's Day can be a complex time for some, and we hold space for those who are missing their mums, those who may be separated from them, and those who carry their mothers in their hearts. 🕊️
Wishing all who celebrate a peaceful, meaningful, and gentle Mother’s Day. 🌹

🌸 Mother’s Day Luncheon 🌸
Our Clontarf Academy students proudly hosted their annual luncheon yesterday, welcoming mums, grandmothers, aunties and other special mother figures.
Jikyha Vitnell delivered the Acknowledgement of Country, and Paxton Scott did an outstanding job in his first public speaking role with a heartfelt tribute 👏
Guests also enjoyed beautiful Mother’s Day cakes decorated by our students at Woolworths Settlement City. Thank you to Woolworths for their ongoing support as a valued Clontarf Foundation partner.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women who support and inspire our students every day 🌷
