Just in case you are tired of having meatballs with spaghetti….I make heaps of meatballs. Then one night I serve Italian style with tomato, basil and garlic sauce and pasta. Then, the next night I add paprika and cumin and serve with hummus and veggies! Meatballs freeze like a dream too.

I know , I know…hummus AGAIN! I just love making (and eating) it. I also love haloumi (especially fried with thyme and honey) and I love me some chilli beans. Topped with a little parsley garlic oil 👌

If you’re organised you can set yourself up with awesome breakfasts. One idea is having pesto made and quinoa cooked. Combine them. So all I did watch chop some veg and cook some haloumi. (Actually I cooked the haloumi in honey) The whole thing took 2 minutes. I spent longer on my coffee!

Cold and flu is going around. I was prepared. I went to Wild Culture Organics and grabbed some Echinacea and Elderberry, and gorgeous fat Russian garlic. 🧄. Today I made my sick girl a pesto pasta (organic slow dried) also from Wild Culture, pesto has basil and parsley from my garden, and plenty of raw garlic.
