We are very proud to announce that Jakob has successfully completed his Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Throughout his training, Jakob has shown a genuine passion for working with children displaying a warm, friendly, and engaging nature which has allowed him to build strong connections with the children and families. His positive attitude and willingness to get involved in play has made him a valued educator at our service.

We are proud of his achievement and look forward to seeing him continue to grow as an educator.

Today, our educators and children came to the centre dressed in their favourite pyjamas to show their support for National Pyjama Day! 💙🧸

By wearing our PJs, we proudly raised awareness for children living in foster care and recognised the importance of ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and valued.

Thank you to all of our wonderful families, children, and educators who joined us in showing their support. Together, we can help shine a light on the experiences of children in foster care and the importance of caring, connected communities. 💙✨

Hastings Little Wishes is hosting a FREE Family Fun Day on Sunday, 26th July. There'll be plenty of fun activities for children and families to enjoy.

This week educators and children wore beanies at Bangalay to support “Beanies for Brain Cancer” and help raise awareness for this important cause. 💙

Congratulations to Cassie Cooper on an amazing achievement of completing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Cassie started at Bangalay as a trainee certificate III. After completing this, she went straight on to complete her Diploma. Cassie has shown exceptional dedication to her studies. Cassie's caring, nurturing, and approachable nature has helped her build strong relationships with the children and families. Cassie's positive attitude and willingness to learn make her a valued team member.

We look forward to seeing what Cassie brings to her career in early childhood education as she develops professionally to take on more senior roles at our service.

Congratulations to Elise Walsh who has recently completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Elise brings kindness, patience, and enthusiasm to her role each day, creating meaningful connections with the children in her care. Throughout her traineeship, Elise has shown a great dedication to her studies, a commitment to ongoing professional development, actively seeking opportunities to develop her skills and knowledge when becoming a Responsible Person last year.

Mel has been completing her Diploma externally while working at Bangalay for the past 12 months. Her strong work ethic, dedication and commitment has been evident throughout your journey.

Mel's nurturing qualities, professionalism and positive contribution to our team makes her such a valuable educator at our service. It has been wonderful to see her growth in teaching and practice and development in supporting children's learning and development.
