We only get better in life with ‘practice’!

Whether we’re learning a new hobby, or wanting to be better at loving and nurturing who we are.

Whether we’re wanting to feel healthier physically or emotionally, we need to practice and keep practicing.

Life is a practice, not a perfect!

Show up consistently, practice and see what changes.

Everytime I make a new leadlight piece, I learn something and improve something….not because I must have the final piece perfect, because I enjoy the process & how that nourishes a part of me, unattached to the outcome needing to be a certain way, yet a piece I’m proud to have shown up with myself to create.

Our responsibility for self care and embodiment doesn’t always have to be serious and heavy.

We are allowed to have FUN and enjoy showing up for ourselves. 💜

The gift of reflection when they don’t choose you:

* They didn’t show up for you.
* They didn’t love you for you.
* They didn’t fight for you.
* They didn’t make time for you.
* They didn’t have your back.
* They didn’t value you.

If you’re honest enough, you’ll see that you are expecting something of another person that you’re not willing to be for yourself.

That is living with double standards.

Like it or not!

It is your responsibility to:

* Choose you.
* Show up for you.
* Have your own back.
* Fight for you.
* Love you just as you are.
* Make the time to value you.

It’s less about whose fault it is or who to blame, and more about what your responsibility is—because self-value is all on you!! 💜
