I just wanted to put it out there and say that I am not a sales person. I don't 'fight' for business and strongly encourage parents to submit enquiries to multiple agencies, that way you are covered in all basis in finding someone awesome for your family! It takes sometimes up to 4 weeks or more to find someone suitable based on the hours required, suburb and other requirements. Therefore pressuring me by suggesting you will go elsewhere does not offend me! The objective of the business and our vision and mission is to match nannies to families based on their family personality and requirements, I won't place someone that does not fit just to get paid. Profit is not the drive of the business. So please be aware that it takes time, and I will not push myself to do more than I can for you based on the threat of losing business, I genuinely want to help you for no personal gain. I started this business as a uni student nannying myself, I loved my job and the families I worked for and want the same for other nannies and families.

Hello & Happy New Year!

Sorry we have been missing for the past month - I was busy making a baby! My daughter Evie made her appearance at the very end of the year and has kept me busy since.

I am just going through emails and applications now, so if you haven't heard from me, you hopefully soon will!

While taking a break a few new nanny agencies have made an appearance. Just a reminder that our children are our greatest asset, and finding the right person for your family is extremely Important. The Nanny Match-up takes great pride in finding the right person for each family and have qualifications in both Human Resources and psychology as well as extensive experience as a nanny and child care worker.
