🔥Tuesday Motivation/ Wisdom 🔥

- Learn to survive the winters (Some are long, some are short, some are rough, some are soft however they are always guaranteed to come…. So winters (Tough times) won’t change however you can change how you handle them 🤔

- Learn to take the opportunities in spring (They don’t come very often and we are all granted a few springs (Opportunities ⭐️) so take advantage “Life is Short”

- Learn to manage what you have built/achieved/created through the summers (When times are good) that way you can be sure to be better prepared when the winter strikes again 🥳

- Protect & nurture all the good that you create as all good will be attacked (It’s naive to think it won’t 😱)

Introducing Barbara Giacomelli “Barbs” an absolute fit machine 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻I did previously had the pleasure of coaching this awesome women last year in “Functional GF classes” and has always been super fit.

Watching her incorporate Hang Tuff with her training has been nothing short of amazing. Starting last year with getting to know the basics 😅 to now performing advanced move after advanced move with minimal assistance (besides adjustment points 🤣) And never ever gives up and will take any challenge given to her.

Most importantly she is loving the experience with Hang Tuff and it’s community 🎉🎉🎉and so a very proud coach here. 🙏🙏🙏

Another amazing session tonight peeps, let’s keep the intensity going and keep pushing our bodies to give it exactly what it needs 👌👌💯💯🔥🔥

⭐️⭐️⭐️Goal Setting and Programming ⭐️⭐️⭐️

✅ Have a clear vision of your goal - And make it specific e.g to perform a full pull up ect
✅ Set short term goals - E.g start with 1/4 pull up
✅ Create an action plan - Training & Nutrition
✅ Track your progress- Preferably every 4 weeks
✅ Tweak and adjust - E.g if the result wasn’t good after 4 weeks or more importantly you were not happy with the outcome. Adjust your training and nutrition and repeat until you see results.
✅ Lastly… Periodisation E.G Have a progress phase - A maintenance phase and an active rest phase or de-loading phase over the12 month period. This is good not only for your body but for your mind too.

So there you have it ”The Blueprint To Success for goals and Programming” 👌💯🔥
