The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and motivated Education Counsellor & Social Media Influencer to join our team. This unique role is ideal for someone passionate about student counselling and confident in creating engaging digital content to connect with and support international students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised counselling to prospective students on study pathways
• Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, and online)
• Assist students with applications, documentation, and enrolment processes
• Liaise with partner institutions regarding offers and admissions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Represent Ritam Global through videos, reels, and online engagement
• Support marketing campaigns and student recruitment initiatives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in education counselling (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of the Australian education system (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in front of the camera and content creation ability
• Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Organised, reliable, and student-focused mindset
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
