The newly upgraded playground celebrates Mardalup Park as a place where families can connect with nature, culture and the Swan River. Shaped by community feedback, the new design reflects what we heard through the engagement process and the City’s commitment to creating vibrant, family-friendly spaces for everyone to enjoy.

This play space is a great example of a full design, construct and maintenance project, thoughtfully created to provide a fun, engaging and durable play space for students to enjoy daily.

Through our annual maintenance program, Nature Play Solutions continues to maintain the playground and equipment, ensuring safety, longevity and that the space continues to stand the test of time for years to come.

Hossack Park in Parkwood, City of Canning is the perfect place for adventure and outdoor fun 🌳☀️

This beautiful playground designed and installed by Nature Play Solutions, features a large green tunnel slide, smaller blue slide, swings, a bespoke climber, sand and water play station, talking tubes and so much more, all designed to encourage active play for children of all ages.
⁣
With shade sails covering the main play equipment and the beautiful surrounding trees providing natural shade along the little bike track, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy the outdoors, even on sunny days. 🌿

We recently delivered a custom-designed and constructed playground for Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School in Rockingham, creating an engaging environment tailored for primary-aged children.
⁣
This dynamic play space features a large tunnel fort with slide, a tepee, integrated seating, a net climber and more, surrounded in native planting, bringing together opportunities for active play, quiet moments, and imaginative exploration.
⁣
For primary school children, play spaces like this support physical development through climbing and movement, encourage social interaction and teamwork, and foster independence and creativity through open-ended play.

Where play meets purpose 🤸‍

We recently completed this beautiful outdoor play area for Buttercups Early Learning Centre in Secret Harbour, featuring a range of custom LyPa elements thoughtfully designed to support early childhood development.

From the wall cubby with blackboard and theatre space that inspire imaginative play and storytelling, to the sandpit, water pump and bubbler fountain that encourage sensory exploration and hands-on learning, every detail invites children to engage, play and create.

Features such as the arched bridge, hammock and shack with slide promote movement, balance and confidence through active play. Bespoke paving and a combination of added shade structures and established trees ensure the space is comfortable and usable all year round.

By blending natural elements with purposeful design, this space supports social interaction, creativity, and physical development, giving children the freedom to learn through play, every day.

Nature Play Solutions was proud to design and construct this engaging outdoor play area for Kinderpark early learning centre in Byford North, bringing together natural elements, custom equipment and purposeful play.

Featuring beautifully crafted pieces by LyPa Australia , the space includes a growers garden filled with herbs and vegetables, a theatre for imaginative play, water pump, slides, stepping stones, a wooden bridge and more all surrounded by native planting to create a calming, nature-based environment.

Designed with year-round use in mind, the shade play areas ensures children can safely enjoy the space in all seasons. Natural play environments like this support creativity, gross motor skills and sensory exploration, giving little ones the freedom to learn through play every day.

From the cubby house and double slide to the mud kitchen, balance trails and tepee with deck, every element invites children to explore, use gross motor skills, and engage with their surroundings in meaningful ways.
