Posting this for a colleague as aid worker wellbeing and resilience is pretty important to me...so the more research and useful recommendations that individuals and organisations can adopt, the better!
Seeking Aid Workers to help research on wellbeing and mental health.
This survey focuses on aid worker mental health and wellbeing. It is part of a larger research project at the University of Queensland, to help us better understand aid workers and develop training interventions to suit their needs.
We are seeking staff in humanitarian work, development cooperation, relief work, and volunteer placements. This includes both national and international aid workers undertaking any role in the aid sector. If you fit this description, your participation would be much appreciated.
You’ll be asked to complete an online survey which will take approximately 15-30 minutes. If you are interested in testing an online training which aims to increase your wellbeing and resilience, there is an option to register at the end of the survey.
Thank you very much for helping to increase knowledge of aid workers’ experiences. To complete the survey please follow this link: https://uqpsych.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_7V3BWKmWBvx2VKJ
