Party Ribs!
Basically, cook a rack of ribs then cook em again 😂
I first saw these done as ribs cut individually raw and cooked but I think you get better results doing the whole rack, chilling then saucing individually and getting them sticky and delicious.
This way you can get the longer cook done the day before your party then just give em a quick blast. Hell, you could keep some in your freezer ready to go.
I like baby backs for this but your choice, just don't use the small lean racks of shiners that are prevalent in Australia.
Let me know what you think!
Pit beans!
The surprise favourite from our Brisket and Pork Ribs Masterclass and here I am just giving the recipe away like a sucker
Ingredients (for one standard foil tray)
4 cans various beans
2.5 cups tomato sauce
2.5 cups bbq sauce
Dash Worcestershire
Sprinkle of bbq rub
Method
Set bbq for indirect 250-300f / 120-150c
Smoke for around 2-3 hours until reduced, stir occasionally
Serve with bread, corn chips, absolutely slaps in a quesadilla or jaffle, smear them over your body and call yourself the bean man, I don't know they're beans you'll figure it out

Bullara Station Fundraiser Competition
So we're a little late on this one and I understand there's a bit going on the world right now to worry about but this is a cause close to us PLUS you have the opportunity to win some amazing prizes
Bullara Station Stay situated in WA’s Gascoyne region, between Exmouth and Coral Bay. As both a cattle station and an iconic agri-tourism location it saddened us to see them devastated by Cyclone Narelle earlier this year
It is already such a huge undertaking to keep a place like this afloat and that becomes significantly harder when it is under water (pun always intended)
There is already a gofundme established and we want to encourage further contributions with a giveaway
*How to enter*
Contribute to the gofundme and email a receipt to [email protected]
Every $5 = 1 entry
*Bonus* tag two mates in the comments to help get the ball rolling and I'll do a random rub pack bonus prize too
Gofundme details: https://www.gofundme.com/f/cyclone-narelle-devastates-bullara-station

Brisket and Pork Ribs masterclass is off to a great start with our second one going down over the weekend
The party ribs and the pit beans were the two surprise favourites and it's always fun showing everyone the wild difference between hot and fast brisket vs low and slow
