- Week 1: Somatics; discover the energy and internal sensing of dance and movement that will change your dance experience forever.

- Week 2: Musicality as a Somatic experience! Discover musicality from the inside out. Field research for 20 + years plus live instruments to dance to.

- Week 3-4: 120 Individual moves - enjoy a deep Somatic exploration to build your perfect foundations; precise, grounded, embodied with easy with bite-sized focus.

Then in February, you'll explore 40 rhythms and footwork with live drumming, time signatures, energy and then dive into deep Musicality with 100 Egyptian musicians. All music is LIVE!
