It hasn’t even been 3 months since our last workshop and it feels like it was a lifetime ago 😭

As some of you already know, the main reason why we took a break from the workshops is due to this picture above. We bought a house which needed a ton of TLC. What started off as a little reno has turned into a now big reno 🤪

We will be returning to holding workshops as soon as this is done. In the meantime, follow our journey and maybe learn a thing or two about renos.

This workshop will be held from 9:30am-2pm on the 29th of June Workshop will cover the following: Workshop Safety Names and use of a variety of common tools Names and use of different types of timber Marking and cutting timber Joinery, including adhesives Creating a timber project (planter stand) using the skills learnt in the workshop You can bring your own pot and plant however we will have some pots and plants which will really make your project shine! Sadly our lease is up! WHERE DID A WHOLE YEAR GO!! 😱

June will be our final month of workshops until further notice. Working 7 days a week doesn’t leave too much time for self care/love. So I’ll be hanging up the tool belt for a little while. We may be back in a few months for a LTS 2.0 but for now, this will be our final month.

Thank you to everyone who has attended a workshop throughout the year, and to all of you who have supported our small business from afar. We are grateful for all of you ♥️

So what will be on the cards-
I’ve chosen to create 2 of the Reno workshops because I truly believe every woman should attend one of these. What good is it being able to do woodwork yet have 0 knowledge on how and where to drill into a wall? These 2 workshops go over general tool skills and drill knowledge, as well as patching walls and repainting. We have had 15 of these workshops sellout so let’s make it 17!

The people’s favourite- The foldable wine table workshop is back for the final time on the 15th

Our very final workshop will be on the 29th, making this plant holder which I personally LOVE!! Hopefully the lovely Lara will help us choose the perfect plant for this one!

Tickets for our SECOND LAST foldable wine table go on sale on Wednesday! Workshop will be held on the 25th of May. Our lease is up and it will be a few months before we find a relocation 😄

Another 8 ladies walked through our workshop this morning and walked out with an incredible woodwork project!

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly all the women pick up these new skills. From the first time using the drop saw to the last time, what a dramatic difference in the confidence and the skill level.
