Big news on the professional front — I’ve just completed my Breathwork Coaching Certification with Wild Success.
For me, this isn’t about adding another qualification to the wall but rather about deepening the way I support women who are tired of performing strength, and are finally ready to actually feel and be strong.
Breathwork has become one of the most effective tools I use to help clients regulate, reconnect, and rebuild trust with their own bodies. This certification means I can bring an even safer, more trauma-informed approach to that work — so clients feel held, not hurried.
