END of an ERA and THANK YOU ☺️

Being addicted to self growth and improvement has transformed my life. I’m becoming aware of my actions, owning all of me and being open to change. I’m so in love with the lady I am. Had I have known that I truly hold the key to all of the answers, to all of my questions about myself this whole time, I’d most likely have achieved all of my wildest dreams already, but I would have missed the journey.. so here I am, watching all my wildest dreams unfold right before my own very eyes and I get to be in the moment and enjoy it all and be grateful and not take things for granted ❤️ it feels really nice 😊 so with all this being said I am no longer taking on any PT clients. I have my online programs that will always be available and I’m always contactable for those committed with my online programs but my job is no longer trying to convince others of what they deep down already know… YOU are the key to your own success and only YOU can figure that one out ❤️

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my 9ish years of clients and loyalty, it has been my favourite chapter yet and has been my entire self growth era and I’m so damn grateful.

AUTHENTICITY…

The highest act of self love in my opinion is to be authentic, regardless of the environment, regardless of the social pressure, regardless of if you fit in… if it doesn’t feel right to be authentic, you’re in the wrong room, you’re with the wrong people, there’s no doubt in my mind!

Authenticity will lead you to the right room, the right people! Don’t dumb yourself for others 🥰 As I watch my kids growing into young adults, well Tyron isn’t a young adult yet, (Aston is 6ft tall now 😅 and Vegas is my height…. how?) I’m so proud because they are the most authentic kids, they are kind yet firm, they stand by what they value and are more than happy to stand alone or stand up for what they feel is right and ultimately it attracts people to them, the right people.
Authenticity is freedom!

Did you know that I’ve been building a house for nearly 3 years? That seems like an excessive amount of time, right? Well it is.. and there has been several moments where I’ve thought “maybe we should deviate off this plan” but the journey has taught me more than you could ever imagine!

I’d have to write a novel on all of my learnings, you learn an astronomical amount about yourself when you are pushed to limits you didn’t know you had!

But here’s what I came here to share today: not everything goes to plan, but the ONLY way to achieve what you want is to see the journey through! You can’t deviate off the plan and wonder why you never achieved that goal!
You can’t choose instant gratification and expect the same outcome… building a house is exactly like building a relationship or building a better version of yourself, it doesn’t always go to plan, you choose whether or not you quit, you choose what’s worth it in the end!

I can tell you now, sitting here, still not in our new home, I know it’s already worth it and much like a relationship or fitness program I’m proud I have the resilience to see amazing things through 🥰

And if you’re wondering where it all went wrong with our build, the first 2 years we were in a contract with that delivered absolutely nothing 🦗
We then terminated our contract and helped up redesign our incredible home to the highest standard, it’s meant to be because it’s the most beautiful design!
It’s been under construction for 7 months and is already nearing completion 🙌🏻 The entire process with B1 has been flawless, did you know that B1 can custom design homes? I just thought they did first home plans! Anyways there’s a fun fact for your Monday morning 🥰

“When it feels scary to jump, that’s exactly when you jump otherwise you end up staying in the same place your entire life”

I’ve been conquering some huge internal hurdles lately and the above quote just hits home… I have extreme mental strength (which I’ve built over time), it can be a double edged sword though, when I’m trying to overcome certain things, empowering and crippling at the same time…
Now when it feels scary, I know it’s time ✨ I’m sure this will resonate with others 💕💕💕💕

Also: Did you know it’s been 6 years since I released Merry Fitmas, my 30 Day HIIT challenge? 6 whole years! Mind blown 🤯 We are currently revamping it and we are rolling it out again THIS December! To say I’m excited is an understatement! This bad boy is a killer, it’s so much fun and it’s stands the test of time!

I can’t wait to share it with you when it’s ready! The incredible is currently working her butt off making it beautiful as she always does!

Old me was so concerned about helping others, new me knows only others can help themselves!
