Unseen, photoshoot done last year. I just turned 18 about a month before the shoot. I've been going at it with my all the last 3 years. And I personally feel now is the time to say goodbye to instagram ( temporarily ) and focus on the bigger picture, my studies and my relationship with God, my family, friends. I want to be successful in the industry but you can't expect to keep competing and go to war without a plan. I want to take this time off and find out what my goals really are. Meaning which federation I really want to stick to and which class will suit my body type the best and then make sure when I decide to compete again that I'm pro worthy, and I am sure and I won't disappoint . I am honestly just so confused with what I want and need right now. I just have to sit back reflect on life, count my blessings and figure out my why. Untill then cheers and thanks for the support, you guys are awesome and thanks for all the positive messages throughout my WBFF prep ❤️

Trained 2 years for a 5 kg difference on stage. Was it worth it ? DEFINITELY ❤️ I'd do it all over again and that's what keep me going. Even though I feel my conditioning was a better in 2015 taking dryness and water/fat into consideration. I am still very happy with my stage conditioning of 2017. Being part of team will make the next prep very interesting. Muscle model maybe ? 😈.

Thanks , for the sick shot 😌🔥 Stage memories made, I still remember how about 5 min after this shot was taken, and I ran up upstairs as soon as we stepped of stage and indulged into 🍔🍕🍟, and I kinda sorta finished sour patch lollies 😂.

I've been asked quite a lot over the past 3 shows how to build a good "Christmas Tree" aka erector spinae. To make it pop I focused a lot on my lower lats especially during the offseason of this prep. I train back twice a week which consists of a "width" day and a "thickness" day and thought I'd give some tips later this week on how to target that Christmas tree and what exercises I do for overall back thickness. I've learned so much and most of my back development I have to give credit to who absolutely pushed me balls to the wall back in 2014 and I haven't trained differently ever since and For those deadly deadlifts. ☑️
