✨ Northbridge Toastmasters Club Meeting Highlights - 19th February 2026 ✨

Fiona opened the meeting as a stand-in Toastmaster untill Deanna, who had some technical issues, was able to zoom in.

Ted introduced the word of the day, 'Positive'.

Taylor successfully completed a speech from the Social Speeches pathway, delivering an uplifting and affirmative toast to the club officers.

Ted, in his role as Table Topics Master, presented thought-provoking quotes for discussion.

John completed a speech from the Engaging Humour pathway, focusing on the benefits of positivity when participating in Toastmasters contests.

Deanna provided a humorous anecdote that elicited laughter from the attendees.

Fiona and Ted offered constructive evaluations, with Deanna’s role as General Evaluator facilitating a comprehensive group assessment.

Our guest, Isabella, fulfilled the role of Harkmaster by posing questions to gauge attendees' retention of the meeting's key points.

Kathy, serving as Toastmaster for the meeting, initiated proceedings by introducing the theme of New Beginning.

John presented the word of the day, ‘cogent’

Taylor, as Table Topics Master, posed thought-provoking questions regarding New Beginnings.

Ted delivered a captivating speech on the ‘Why We Should Still Listen to Plato’.

John provided a joke which involved a story which left everyone laughing.

Kathy, John and Fiona provided insightful evaluations.

Our guest J’lo, as harkmaster, asked some serious questions to test everyone's memory of the meeting.

Everyone was so entranced with the meeting that we forgot to take photos.

Taylor, serving as Toastmaster for the meeting intoducted the meeting theme Looking forward. Participants advised they were looking forward to their wedding, holidays and hobbies.

Ted presented the word of the day, ‘restart’.

John, as Table Topics Master, posed thought-provoking questions regarding looking forward. Responses included new skills, holidays and new habits.

Fiona delivered a educational speech on the club climate. Which involved discussions on what makes a successful club.

Fiona volunteered to evaluate table topics during the meeting. John provided fabulous suggestions on Fiona’s educational.

Ted, as harkmaster, tested everyone's memory of the meeting.

Fiona, serving as Toastmaster for the meeting, initiated proceedings by introducing the theme of Christmas.

Deanna, as Table Topics Master, posed thought-provoking questions regarding Christmas presents and lunch.

Kathy delivered a captivating speech on the Power of Generosity.

Taylor, David and Fiona provided insightful evaluations.
