We’ve just wrapped up a week-long Educating for Life training here at YWAM Perth, and it was such a joy to watch people grow in their understanding of God’s heart for education 🤍
Seeing participants engage, ask questions, and begin to imagine how these principles can shape their teaching, families, discipleship, and ministries has been so encouraging. The beauty of this training is how widely applicable it is — far beyond the classroom.

In April, we’re running the Foundations in Education School, a 3-month program that goes much deeper.

We have had some incredible Educating For Life (EFL) training opportunities this year, in Kenya and Uganda. It’s so amazing to look back at the doors God has opened and the mind blowing transformation that has already begun, in the teachers we’ve trained and their students.

Among many things, these teachers learn that each child is unique and valuable, as determined by the creator of the universe.
One teacher told us he now “high-fives” his students when they come into to, as opposed to caning them, as is very common in this context.
