A Drag Queen finds herself at the centre of a homophobic conspiracy when she’s torn away from her lover during a home invasion.

Eat the Meat is queer dark comedy created by WASA students at Edith Cowan University. "Eat The Meat" is a short film that explores the themes of hatred and discrimination versus love and identity. The film aims to examine the interplay between media power and public opinion. Written by Jacob Kemp, directed by Abbie Dans-Schunselaar, and produced by Ying Chu, the film is presented by WA Screen Academy.
