Guys! This week marks my last classes at Bayswater Waves and The Rise🥺

Over 5 years of dancing with you all!!!! What an incredible journey it was! Small classes, big classes, hot weather, cold weather, rain, milion of silly chats and making friends between all of it.
I will never ever forget that!!!!

Come and dance with me one more time before I go🩷 To say thank you, both classes will be 75 min long and I am going to bring some of your fav old tracks!

As of next week, Aga will be your instructor🩷🩷

Also, I am devastated to share with you that I will be leaving Bayswater in a few weeks time. I still can't believe that I said it! I love this area and community so much and I am truly heartbroken🥺
I will be moving SOR and it will be too far to drive all the way to Baysie and Maylands.

I will share more details about my last class closer to the date🩷🩷🩷

I overexercised my knees and physio advised to give them some rest. Nothing dramatic, no pain, just had to stop and listen when one of the tendons told me to slow down😆

Come to boogie with Aga and I will be back next week🤩

It's been almost 2 years since I started running by a coincident. But I can't even find words how this coincident has changed my life!

So different to Zumba, where I train you. At running the only person I train is me - both body and mind. And believe me, I understand the term 'challenge' very well - I learnt to be comfortable with a discomfort😆

If you love certain type of activities - keep doing it! You don't have to be perfect at it (no one is btw) to enjoy it! Your consistency and passion will pay off - promise🩷

Here is your Zumba instructor, doing 15km run on Sunday morning. Was it challenging? Yes. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Am I going to do it again? Yes.
I have no choice after registering to 3 half marathons this year😆
