Too Close to the Sun, who will premiere their new theatre and dance work Zoology in early 2026 during the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM) at Hackett Hall, WA Museum Boola Bardip, in partnership with PICA, have asked us to share some info!

They are looking for from children aged 9–11 to participate in this production. This is a paid role & selected children will join the creative team in workshops and rehearsals, and later perform alongside lead artist Talya Rubin during the premiere season. A FABULOUS day at the Telethon Family Festival. We met so many great families, and although we got a bit damp, we had so much fun! We even caught up with a few ex-students who now have children of their own!

2025 Telethon Family Festival presented by Coles - Telethon The Telethon Home by Home Group is back in 2022. This beautiful four bedroom, two bathroom home, will be located in Seaside Estate at Madora Bay.

An exciting morning as 3 of our students were involved in a photo shoot in Yagan Square, promoting the Telethon Family Festival happening this weekend! We will have a pop up drama activity running there on Sunday so pop in to say hi 😀😀

“The Telethon Family Festival presented by Coles returns on Sunday 19 October, 10am–4pm for Perth’s biggest family day out.

Spanning RAC Arena, Wellington Street, Telethon Avenue, Yagan Square, and Forrest Place, the festival is packed with entertainment for all ages.

Highlights include free rides at the Lotterywest Kids Carnival, live performances on the Telethon Community Stage, the LEGO Lounge with thousands of giveaways, Alcoa Cycle Challenge, all-abilities sports, celebrity appearances, interactive activities, roving performances, food trucks and much more.
