Wanna try something new? Join Ruby Goes Round for a 6-week Hoola Hooping Beginners course starting Tuesday 19th May in Perth ✨

Week 1 & 2: Hooping Technique & body scaling
Week 3 & 4: Throws and catches, Spins and twists
Week 5 & 6: Other tricky tidbits & Putting everything into a routine

As well as learning this impressive skill, you will be on your way to having rock hard hoop abs!

Hoola Hoops will be provided to use at the course, but please bring your own if you would like to learn how to train with them.

This is not a performance course.
