One foot in front of the other. Step by step. 🩷

There’s something about wide open spaces that reminds you who you really are.

Walking through the Kimberleys… taking it all in… slowing down enough to breathe… I’m reminded that becoming the best version of yourself isn’t rushed. It isn’t forced. It isn’t loud.

Nature doesn’t strive — it unfolds.

And so do you.

The woman you’re becoming isn’t created in comparison or pressure. She’s revealed when you reconnect. When you strip back the expectations. When you choose alignment over approval.

Out here, grounded in what I love, I’m reminded that growth feels expansive — not chaotic. Powerful — not performative. Deeply anchored — not desperate.

Fall in love with the process of becoming.
Fall in love with the stretching.
Fall in love with the quiet strengthening.
Fall in love with the woman you are when you’re fully connected to your authentic self.

You don’t have to chase her.
You just have to keep walking toward what feels true.

Keep becoming🩷

Last year I joined with a group of small business owners to film some BTS for our social media.

I was searching through my content today and reminded of this moment.

When I watch this back, I don’t just see a fun moment.
I see a woman who let go.

Playful.
Adventurous.
Present.

And every time I see it, something in me lights up again.
It’s like I remember who I am.

If you’re feeling stressed and your mind feels heavy, maybe you don’t need to fix anything.

Maybe you just need to come back to yourself.
To breathe.
To move.
To say yes to a little more joy.

There will be a better day.
Sometimes it starts with one playful leap .

This season has been about coming back to what’s actually mine to hold 🩷

There is so much noise telling us to manage other people’s opinions, control outcomes, predict the future, replay the past, and soften our boundaries so everyone feels comfortable.

But peace lives somewhere else.

It lives inside the circle.

Inside the circle is my power.
Who I spend time with.
What I give my energy to.
My values.
How I treat myself.
How I respond when things don’t go to plan.

Everything outside that circle?
Other people’s opinions.
The outcome of my effort.
The past.
The future.
How others react to my boundaries.

Those things were never mine to control — only mine to surrender.

Stepping outside my comfort zone has taught me this: courage grows when you stop trying to manage what was never yours in the first place.

Come back inside the circle.
That’s where your power has been all along ✨

What are you ready to release?

Growth isn’t always loud.
And I learned this during my adventure to Karijini several years ago.

Among wildflowers growing quietly through red earth,
there was no urgency… only timing.

Sometimes growth is quiet.
Unannounced.
Happening beneath the surface while life continues to move around you.

It is steady.
Like a butterfly pausing before flight.
Like each step taken in dusty hiking boots, trusting the path even when you can’t see far ahead.

And it transforms over time.
Season by season.
Step by grounded step.

Looking back now, I can see how that journey mirrored my own seasons of transition.
The in-between spaces.
The letting go of what was…
And the gentle becoming of what would be.

If you’re a woman navigating transition right now,
this is your reminder:
You don’t need to rush the unfolding.

✨ Reflect:
Where in your life are you being asked to honour the season you’re in, rather than push toward the next one?

Some women don’t just feel emotions…
they carry them.

If you’re deeply empathetic, compassionate, and naturally attuned to others, your nervous system is often working overtime. You hold space, you listen, you support — and without realising it, your body can begin holding what your heart hasn’t had time to release.

For me, this showed up as breathlessness and a tight chest. Not because something was wrong, but because my nervous system was overwhelmed. My body was speaking long before my mind caught up.

Sensitivity is not weakness.
It’s wisdom.

But even the most caring hearts need space to pause, breathe, process, and come back home to themselves. Gentle somatic practices, deep breathing, journalling, safe connection, and simply being became essential — not indulgent.

If this resonates, know you’re not alone 🩷
Your body is always communicating with you.

✨ I’d love to know — where do you feel emotions in your body?

Reading words like these reminds me why I do this work.

Coaching is never about fixing you — it’s about walking with you. Holding space. Asking the right heart led questions. Believing in you when you’re finding your feet again, and celebrating every brave step forward. And helping you find the solutions within.

If you’ve been longing for clarity, momentum, and someone who genuinely has your back — you don’t have to do it alone.

✨ Are you looking for a coach who is in your corner, cheering you on and helping you stay focused and accountable to what truly matters?

Why not book a discovery catch-up and let’s begin the journey together.

What a beautiful way to finish our gratitude table gatherings for 2025 at .

Heart filled stunning women around a table talking real life stuff around peri and post menopause and exploring how gratitude can actually shine in a season of huge changes to our bodies, and our emotional well being.

Our wonderful guest presenter Womens Health Coach reflected on how this time in our life is very much connected to the seasons of coming out of summer into our harvest season of Autumn. And how peri menopause is all about the Great Awakening where we explore all those things that are rising in our bodies physically and emotionally. And this then brings us into our wise woman post menopausal stage.

We all walked away more informed, more empowered and actually lighter from being together and having rich authentic conversations.

I’m so grateful for the women who have joined me at the Gratitude Table during 2025. From my heart to yours - THANK YOU! 🩷
