Community Mass & Morning Tea 💐

We celebrated a lovely morning yesterday with our grandparents, volunteers and parishioners at our community Mass and morning tea.

Our Pre Primary students and their siblings led a beautiful Mass, before grandparents collected their handwritten letters and headed into classrooms to see what the children have been learning.

Thank you to our Pre Primary and Year 1 families for the generous morning tea contributions, and to everyone who joined us for the morning.

A few special staff moments to share as we head into the break!

Ms Prentice is celebrating a milestone birthday these school holidays… 21, of course! 🎉 We hope you have a wonderful birthday, Catherine, and enjoy every minute of the celebrations.

Mrs Ruggiero will also be starting her maternity leave. We wish Jess and Mr Ruggiero all the very best as they get ready to welcome their arrival and begin this exciting new chapter 👣🍼🧸

And while Jess is away, we’re happy to welcome Miss Orlagh McKevanagh to OLA. Orlagh will be teaching PPG throughout Term 4, and we look forward to having her with us.

Thank you to our wonderful OLA community who have donated to our Kindness Kitchen initiative so far. 🫶

There’s still time to donate! Any collection of non-perishable items that can help make a meal will be greatly appreciated. Drop off your donation to the Music Room this week.

All donated items will be distributed to vinnieswa and the Dianella Community Pantry, helping to provide food and support to people and families in our local community who may be doing it tough.
