I was floating in a pool, watching a construction crew attach glass to the outside of a nearby building.

Not exactly a life-changing moment.

But I couldn't stop watching.

How do they lift it?
How does it lock into place?
How many people does it take to get one panel right?

That’s the thing about curiosity. It doesn’t need a big event. Sometimes it starts with paying attention to what’s right in front of you.

The world gives us little lessons all day if we’re willing to notice them.

Watch the video, or take a minute today to notice something you’d usually walk past.

If I had to give one piece of advice for lifelong learning, it's this:

Stay curious. Keep asking questions.

Not just about the things you already find interesting — about the things that confuse you, challenge you, or that you've quietly assumed you'll never understand.

Curiosity is the engine of growth. And the good news? It doesn't require a degree, a budget, or the right circumstances. Just the willingness to ask the next question.

I've noticed something about the people who seem genuinely healthy and energised as they get older.

They help others. And they don't take themselves too seriously.

For me, the reward of helping someone — seeing that shift in their thinking, knowing something I shared made a difference — is its own kind of fuel. And fun? Fun keeps everything lighter and more sustainable.

Karma, as I've experienced it, tends to take care of the rest.

Life, the Universe and Everything: the answer is 42.

If you know, you know.

If this made you reach for a towel, drop a 42 in the comments.

This one is personal.

Going through personal bankruptcy was the hardest experience of my life. When you lose everything — genuinely everything — you find out quickly what was real and what wasn't.

The things that held their value had nothing to do with money or status. They were relationships. Character. The ability to keep going.

That experience shaped everything I believe about what actually matters in life.

The final part lands here.

In part 3 of this 3-part interview series, AI Educator David Bunney brings the conversation with German AI developers together around one practical question:

How can AI agents help people work better?

Across the series, the discussion has explored Agentic AI from concept to application. This final part focuses on where it matters most: productivity, workflow improvement, and the shift from AI as a tool you use to AI as a system that can support real tasks.

Less repetitive work. Smarter processes. More focused teams.

If you've watched parts 1 and 2, this final conversation ties the ideas together. If you're new to the series, it's a strong reason to catch up from the start.

Watch part 3 now, then catch up on the full 3-part series.

If there's one thing that has consistently accelerated progress — for me and the people I work with — it's having a mentor.

Someone who's already done what you're trying to do. Someone who can point out the wrong paths before you walk down them.

Mentors don't just save you time — they help you avoid the setbacks that could have been avoided with better guidance.

Who's been a mentor for you?

Claude does the work. ChatGPT teaches me how to understand it.

That’s the workflow I keep coming back to.

In this video, I talk through how I use Claude when I need momentum. It’s fast, direct, and good at turning a messy idea into something usable.

Then I take that output to ChatGPT and ask it to teach me what’s going on.

How would I implement this?
Why does this step matter?
What am I missing?

Claude feels like the efficient doer.
ChatGPT feels like the patient coach.

And I don’t think the point is to pick a winner.

Use Claude when you need to get the work moving.
Use ChatGPT when you need to learn, understand, and build confidence.

Different tools. Different strengths. Better workflow when you stop treating it like a rivalry.

Watch the video, then tell me: which one do you reach for first and why?

Part 2 goes deeper.

David Bunney continues his 3-part conversation with German AI developers on Agentic AI, and this next section moves from “what are AI agents?” into how they can change daily work.

The series explores practical uses of Agentic AI: better workflows, less repetitive admin, faster decisions, and more productive teams.

In part 2, the focus sharpens on how AI agents fit into real business processes. Not as buzzwords. As tools that can take on tasks, connect steps, and help people work with more focus.

If you're trying to understand where AI agents create value beyond the demo, watch part 2 and follow for part 3.
