I need your help. We are beginning a global campaign with UNESCO and the World Kindness Movement to collect 1 million kindness stories. 🙏
Your act of kindness, receiving kindness or observing and being inspired by it. 🧡
We are about to finalise the online form to collect these stories. 🙌
Can you please comment if you would like to contribute to these stories and promote it to your network. Tag those you know would be interested, including influencers who will appreciate the power and impact this goal can have. 👄
This campaign is a part of our push to have World Kindness Day recognised by the UN. 😀

Hey guys, I hope you’re all safe and taking care of yourself during this pandemic.
Community and connection is of the most importance now more than ever. 🤝 We need to take care of our mental health and each other. Here are some tips that I’ve implemented to help me stay more grounded. ❤️
1. Only search and seek for reliable sources of information. A lot of misinformation out there can do nothing but create panic and anxiety in us. By observing your environment and using your intuition to allow you to make decisions and better judgements in what is true, it can really help you feel more centred and less panicked.
2. Adapt! Your ability to adapt changes everything. Find opportunities amidst the chaos, you never know how much you can learn and gain from. The world/ universe might be telling you to slow down, so maybe reflect and live in solitude instead of going against the current.
3. Have faith! You need to have faith that everything’s going to be go okay more than ever now. Everything is temporary and we can get through this together. If you need support, I’m here so feel free to DM me and I’ll be happy to talk 😊
