Today, on ANZAC Day, we pause.

We pause to remember the courage, sacrifice, and quiet strength of those who served — and those who never returned. Their legacy is not just found in history books, but in the freedoms we live with every day.

In the stillness of dawn and the silence of reflection, we are reminded that true strength is not only shown in battle, but in unity, resilience, and mateship.

As a community, we honour their spirit — standing together, supporting one another, and carrying forward the values they fought to protect.

The International Karatedo Gojukai Association (IKGA) headquarters is located in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, Japan, specifically at 1-16-23, Zenpukuji, Suginami-ku, Tokyo 167-0041. The organization was formed by Grand Master Gogen Yamaguchi, who officially relocated the Goju-Kai Headquarters to Tokyo in 1950. The current President and Grand Master is Goshi Yamaguchi (Saiko Shihan), who leads the association from this base.
