Penny Hardy's Husband is ....

Eric Carle, author of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, has died at 91. His book sold 55 million copies worldwide. Appreciating all he gave to our world as he enters another.

The story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar began back in 1969 when young graphic designer Eric Carle was feeling bored.

"I wasn't thinking of books or anything like that," he says. "I didn't have anything to do, so I took a stack of paper and a hole-punch and I playfully punched holes ... then I looked at them. Straight away I thought of a book worm."

Maybe boredom is a good thing?!!!

I am often being asked the question "What can I do to help humanity at the moment?"

For those of you who are already enlightened, keep doing exactly what you do. You are holding space for those who are completely oblivious to what is happening or those who are too scared to start asking those critical questions and researching for themselves.

Those who feel they want to protest, do that. If you feel like sharing information or videos so that others might be inspired to stand up with us, then do that.

Our planet is evolving at a very quick pace at the moment, and emotions are extremely volatile.

A good thing to do which will help hold the planet in the vibration of love is to be with those that make you happy. Spend time with your families and friends, hug your animals, do activities which bring you joy.

Rose essential oil has the vibrational value of love too, so using your rose oil on a daily basis will help to keep you on track. Smell it, rub it over your heart chakra on the upper chest for best results.

Stay in the light my friends, and we will all come through these dark days together.
