Perth Hyrox is back.
This year Aug 21-23.
12 mxf.Athletes took part last year, with a few new faces doing it this year.
At mxf we offer 12 week Hyrox training programs both in person & online so you know exactly what to prepare for on the day to hit your PB.

7 years in the industry has taught me a lot and this job is so much more than what most see.
I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing people who are now really close friends.
One of the most important parts of our job is knowing people and adapting constantly. Fitness is not just what we do in the gym but how we adopt it outside and into our lifestyle.
Doing a 1 hour session with a PT isn’t going to get you results, changing your lifestyle and how you look at fitness will.
