Today, we honour the hearts of our families, our culture, and our community — our Mothers. 🌻💙💛
From all of us at Perth Ukrainian Kozak Dancers, we wish every mother, grandmother, baba, and mother figure a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, strength, and joy.
Our mothers are the keepers of tradition, the voices behind our songs, the hands that braid ribbons into our hair, and the strength that carries our culture through generations. Through every dance step, embroidered stitch, and heartfelt prayer, we honour you today.
A Mother’s Day Poem 🌸
A mother’s love is soft yet strong,
A guiding light our whole life long.
Through every song and every dance,
She gives our hearts a fighting chance.
With gentle hands and spirits bright,
She teaches us to stand and fight.
To love our roots, our land, our name,
And proudly keep our culture’s flame. 🔥
Today we thank the women who inspire us, support us, and remind us who we are.
