Team meetings at Matisse - Last night we delved deeply into the 10 Principles of Child Safe Organisations and reflected on what these principles look like in our everyday practices at Matisse. These discussions allow us to strengthen our shared commitment to ensuring every child at Matisse experiences an environment where they are protected, respected, listened to, and empowered.

At the heart of all 10 Principles is the understanding that children have rights, voices, and agency — and it is our responsibility to create spaces where they know they are safe, valued, and deeply cared for.
