At some point… it’s not confusion anymore, it’s you not letting go
You already know. You’ve felt it. You’ve questioned it.
You’ve gone back and forth on it more times than you can count.
And yet…
You’re still holding on.
Here are 3 signs it’s time to let go…
1️⃣ You’re exhausted… and not because you’re doing too much, but because you’re holding too much
You keep thinking if you just try a little harder…
say it better… be more patient… give it one more go…
It’ll shift.
But deep down? You already know.
It’s not working.
And the exhaustion you feel isn’t from effort…
it’s from holding something that’s already complete.
2️⃣ You keep going against yourself
You say yes when you mean no.
You stay quiet when you want to speak.
You override that little voice that’s been nudging you for a while now.
And each time you do that… You feel it.
That slight disconnect.
That internal “ugh”…
That’s not confusion.
That’s you… not choosing you.
3️⃣ You’re more attached to the idea… than the reality
You’re holding onto what it could be… what you hoped it would be… what you thought it was going to become.
But the reality?
It’s not matching.
And instead of seeing what’s in front of you…
you keep trying to turn it into something it’s not.
At some point… You’ve got to meet reality where it is.
