Flow X Nidra 18/10/2024

My event Flow x Nidra kicks off tomorrow (Saturday) 12 - 2 pm at Folk Spaces Osborne Park.

It’s a two-hour slow flow and Yoga Nidra experience built around the elements and Tattwa Shuddhi, which is a Ta***ic Meditation practice of elemental purification.

So if you’re looking to find a little balance, some energetic, emotional clearing and want to have a killer time check it out!
