Last week we welcomed the Daycare Dental team into the centre 🦷✨
The children spent time learning how to care for their teeth in a way that felt fun and relaxed, with interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations around brushing, healthy eating, and visiting the dentist. Each child also had the opportunity for an individual check-up and clean, helping build familiarity and confidence around dental care from a young age 🤍

The Kindy children have been exploring their names through a hands-on learning experience, practising how to recognise and build them using individual letters.
Each child was given their name and worked to match the correct letters, supporting their understanding of letter recognition and early literacy in a way that feels engaging and meaningful.
Experiences like this build confidence, strengthen name recognition, and lay the foundations for future reading and writing ✏️📚

The Toddlers and Nursery children have been exploring a range of natural materials through rich sensory and creative experiences.
Using leaves, sticks, bark, flowers and loose parts, the children were encouraged to touch, observe and create in their own way. This hands-on approach supports their natural curiosity while strengthening fine motor skills and allowing space for creativity and imagination to develop 🌿✨
