Very Important Tip - should you become ineligible to apply for a Temporary Graduate Visa in Australia because of 35 years age limitation if enforced effective 1st July 2024 AND you don’t have other PR options left; following options may be good for you:
👉 482 (Temporary Skills Shortage Visa - soon to be revised as Skills in Demand Visa with less requirements).
👉 407 (Training visa - 2 years duration) - easy to justify.
👉 500 (a 2nd student visa if nothing works out) - studying cost effective lower level skills qualifications are completely ok under new assessment - Genuine Student Test (GST).

Where your visa is refused onshore, it’s ok - you can file AAT (we can do it very cost effective under AUD$1,000 in service fee). You will be on Bridging Visa A then until decision is made on your appeal and it will allow you to WORK or STUDY based on the above 3 chosen options. So NO WORRIES!

What is not possible under the new proposed rule: once you stayed on Temporary Graduate Visa - jumping back to student visa whilst you are in Australia will be not entertained. Thus, if your Temporary Graduate Visas are expiring soon, you MUST act NOW!
