Those are not just words on a wall. They are the reason AIWT has been training students since 2003. Work ready, because every course we deliver is built around what industry actually needs right now, not just what looks good on paper. Family orientated, because we know that studying is not always easy. Life gets in the way. And when it does, we are here. Practically trained, because real skills come from real environments.
Our students do not just learn theory, they train in the field, alongside industry professionals, before they ever step into their first role. More than 20 years. Thousands of graduates. One commitment: to help you grow. Whatever your starting point, there is a place for you here.

Behind every graduate in this photo is a decision that changed everything: to study, to commit, to show up even when it was hard. At AIWT, we have been part of thousands of those decisions over more than 20 years. And moments like today remind us exactly why we do what we do.

You might not remember your early childhood educator. But somewhere, there is a person who watched you take your first confident steps in a room full of strangers, who noticed when you were quiet, who celebrated the first time you shared, spoke up, or tried something that scared you. They did not make the headlines. But they shaped the person you became.
That is what early childhood education actually is. Not just care, it is the quiet, consistent, deeply human work of helping children feel safe enough to grow. If you have ever felt drawn to that kind of work, our CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at AIWT is where that career begins. You will train with real educators, in real early learning environments, across 50+ childcare centres in Western Australia. The skills are practical. The impact is lasting.

Community services work spans a wide range of areas: case management, family support, social housing, disability, domestic and family violence response, mental health and more. The CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) at AIWT gives you the specialist skills to manage complex cases, work with diverse communities and deliver person-centred services. Available for domestic and international students. Face-to-face and Flexi-Learn options available. If you are ready to turn purpose into a career, this is a strong place to start.

The classroom is just the beginning. This week, our Diploma of Community Services students attended the Careers Expo, connecting with industry, exploring opportunities and getting a real sense of where their qualification can take them. Community Services is one of the most diverse career pathways in Australia. We prepare them not just with skills, but with the confidence to step into that world.

This week, AIWT took part in the Safe Futures program, delivered by Ovis Community, a session focused on the prevention of violence against women. It was a space for real conversation. At AIWT, we believe that education is not only about technical skills. It is also about understanding the communities we work in and the people we will support throughout our careers. Thank you to the team at Ovis Community for creating such a meaningful and thoughtful session for our students.

There is a moment in aged care or disability support work that nobody really talks about. It is when the person you are supporting does something they have not been able to do in a while, or tries something new, and you realise your presence made that possible.
That is what individual support is really about. Not just personal care tasks, but helping people live with dignity, independence and connection. At AIWT, the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) prepares students for exactly that kind of work.
If you have been looking for work that genuinely matters, this is worth exploring. Course available for domestic and international students.
