BEGINNER TWERK IS BACK!
Our final round for 2025 kicks off August 12. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally learn how to TWERK, she just dropped into your feed.

Expect juicy technique, beginner friendly choreo, confidence boosting vibes, and everything you loved from last time.

Over the four weeks, I witnessed the kind of transformation that gives me goosebumps! Women stepping into the room shy, uncertain and leaving lit up, open and proud 🥹

They didn’t just learn how to pop, drop and shake what their Mamma gave em
They learned how to back themselves
To meet new people
To show up with love
And to keep going even when the movement (or the mirror) challenged them

Every week had a different theme and flavour but what stayed the same was the sisterhood. That magnetic, powerful, “I see you” energy that you can only feel when a group of women decide to say yes to themselves, together.

And while I facilitated the journey, they were the ones who showed up with 100%. With excitement and presence and HEART! ♥️

To celebrate 5 years of Perth Twerk, we threw the silliest, most wholesome workshop yet, and it was everything we dreamed of!

We dressed as our future selves, fully committed to the character, and had each other in stitches for 2.5 hours (our cheeks hurt from smiling too much)

From B***y Bingo to ridiculously inappropriate choreo, to getting a standing ovation at the pub after class 😀 the levity was not lost!

When Perth Twerk started, our director was asked, “This is a great career now… but what about your future?”

This question created the vision and the inspiration behind the theme.This workshop is a manifestation of that future. One filled with dancing, laughter, and a community that embraces every stage of life.

To everyone who showed up, the internet is going to thank you once the videos are ready!

This Valentine’s Szn, we didn’t just celebrate love—we embodied it. Through a powerful chanting meditation, we dropped into our own authenticity, let emotions rise, and held space for each other as a collective. It was deep, it was transformative, and it reminded us that self-love is the most important love of all.

It's no secret that twerk raises our self-esteem. .haven I AM twerkshop lifted our spirits, filled the room with joy, and left us all feeling more confident than when we walked in. This was more than a workshop—it was a love letter to ourselves.
