Each session is facilitated by Carol Segal, a highly experienced breathwork practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Carol is currently a PhD researcher studying breathing specifically as a self-care tool.
This is more than just a class; it is a 4-week programme designed for adults who feel stretched thin or stuck in a cycle of stress. Over four Saturday afternoons (3 hours each), we move away from the "noise" and dive into practical, research-backed techniques to sharpen your focus and ground your nervous system.

A wonderful win at REACH ADHD
We ran our first group coaching sessions from our Subiaco office, and it was incredible to see students supporting one another, sharing ideas, building confidence, and leaving with small achievable goals they felt comfortable with.
From lateral thinking games to hands-on activities, the energy and connection in the room reminded us how powerful shared experiences can be for young people to thrive.
