I’m case we haven’t met yet….
Hi my name is Tinnee and I’m an online coach! 😁
I always wanted to be a PT but my career here didn’t start until my Nan & Grandad started the outdoor training sessions that HBF were running.
I went along with them and thought Oh my god I need to “go to school” as my grandad would say so I can teach him how to do this stuff properly. 🤸🏾♀️
So that’s exactly what I did.
I love coaching and showing people but especially women that they can really thrive once they start to look after their body.
It can be overwhelming but with the right coach to help guide you will start to feel better and look better as a result.

Hold your congratulations- No I’m not pregnant (sorry)
Buy my exciting news is that I have started my Pregnant & Postnatal Training!
This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while now and I’m so excited to be able to work with expecting/new mums
Watch this space, I can’t wait to share everything with you.

Be kind ✨
I have always been fit and active but I haven’t always been kind to myself.
I used to play competitive league soccer which obviously meant having a very high level of fitness.
But my god did I say some awful things to myself. And as a result I pushed myself SO hard.
“You’re hopeless, you suck, lift heavier, run harder” and some colourful language added in too.
None of this helped me. In fact it made me feel worse and I didn’t get the results I wanted.
Fast forward ⏩ to now.
While I’m not at the match fitness level I once was or 7 years younger with less commitments 😂 🤫
I now train because I care about my body.
💕 Because I feel so much better when I do.
💕 Because I’m proud of my body.
And I don’t say horrible things when the weights feel heavy.
A change in mindset can do wonderful things for your health and happiness.
The next time you go to say something horrible think about the effect it might have later on.

Yolanda and I have been training together for a few years now, Oscar and Hazel have also joined our sessions in the past few years too.
I’ve absolutely loved watching Yolanda build strength, confidence and a loving bond with my doggos 😂🥰
Our focus is on building strength, consistent movement and feeling good oh and also training so we can go on holidays 🏝️

This beautiful lady is Emmy.
Emmy has been training with me now for 5 years! Yup one of my OG’s 🙌🏾
Last month I set our team a challenge to walk 100km each to raise money for and Emmy being Emmy - absolutely smashed this target 3 times over.
She walked a massive 365km over the month of October 🙀
As you can see here she has been graciously rewarded with a pint sized cup and some more b***y bands 🙌🏾
And a little somethin somethin from me in the card.
Such a massive achievement from Emmy and the team. 💕

I genuinely love my job. ❤️
Sure there are ups and downs but everyday I get to help people become a better version of themselves
I witness not only physical improvements but mental and emotional changes too and that is incredibly rewarding
I feel so grateful that I get to do this job. That people trust me to help them and have fun doing it!
Forever grateful for all my clients and friends made along the way ❤️

I’m late in sharing this but I’m so so grateful 🙏🏾
Last month my team walked over 1000km between us all and raised $1,120 for
Times are tough for many people at the moment but the team rallied together and I’m so proud of our efforts.
A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and donated it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
