🔟 Easy steps to get motivated ⁉️

I eat chicken and rice 3 times a day ❗️

Breakfast i also eat eggs and avocado every day ❗️

I like to have fish or steak for dinner every day too❗️

It’s not so much to do with strict diet or anything like that..

it’s just easier to cook and meal prep the meals I have to take with me to work 😅

I have built an understanding with myself that food is only fuel ⛽️ and it doesn’t matter how it looks or tastes sometimes, till the time am getting my macronutrients Numbers on point then the rest is all in your head.

Where my clients been and some are still struggling with is that they are still mentally weak ❌ they haven’t built that resilient yet..

I know it’s not easy to some. And some cravings are really crazy strong.. but I have those too

Am a traditional Arab male who used to call his mom when he’s on his way home, coming off a full on week shift (back at the military life time) and I used to ask her to cook me my favourite food for lunch 😬 and spend the week time off just shuffling food and sweets in my face for 7 days

I get it.. it’s not easy..

So what did I do to get to this stage of Dog mindset ?

1️⃣ It didn’t happen over night (I wish it did)

2️⃣ I quit and failed countless times

3️⃣ I kept looking up every time I was on the bottom

4️⃣ I asked for help from people who were doing it

5️⃣ I surrounded myself with people who does it

6️⃣ I wrote my goals everywhere on every wall

7️⃣ I scheduled my eating times

8️⃣ I cooked my meals (it’s much cheaper 🙏)

9️⃣ I hired a coach to keep me on point

🔟 I celebrated every little win

The last one is the most important one but it doesn’t come unless you do all the above of at least %99 of the above

And why celebrating is important?

It’s because this is the motivation you all waiting for and can’t get anything down without being motivated.. ❌

After that is been done. Your routine becomes discipline 💪🏼

So part of what I do is experimenting on my own body to see what works and what doesn’t work

There is so many classes to compete at when it comes to stage competition but knowing your own body is the key to get the results..

I have started my journey since I was 18 years old

I quit many times I can’t even remember them

I never have been consistent ever in my life

Until I figured out the system where I can stay consistent and that became evident only when I turned 30 😅 took me long time

But the key was that I had to stop 🛑 doing things when I only was motivated to do, but build my discipline to where it is today

To be honest with you

❌ I don’t like work out

❌ I don’t have time to go to the gym

❌ And I like to party all the time too

But that doesn’t line up with my goals..

So what do I have to do to be in shape and also be successful in my business?

Discipline ✅

What does discipline mean?

It means you do what you have to do when you have to do no matter if you feel like it or not

Once you built this mindset then it’s easier to say no to all the distractions comes your way and you only do the things that brings value to you or your self development

I hap many clients online achieve their goals by building their discipline and it becomes the normal thing they do .. it’s a priority 💯

As my mentor says: Money (Results) loves speed

What does that mean? It means if you really want results you gotta take actions so fast and not keep putting them off for life events or life distractions ❌

Because you’ve been putting of taking actions all your life and that’s why you haven’t hit your goals yet.

In simple language, you need to get started as fast as you can once you decide on doing something and not delay it because if you do that then you’ll never do it👎

It’s just a mindset really

How do you do that? Just think of it as your life depends on it and then that should get you started and determined 🙏

Just like one of my posts earlier when I asked, if you had a kid, would you feed him every day?

Of course you would, as for the kid to grow and be healthy then you gotta feed them and look after them every day.

So I recommend you to find your why and stop letting your excuses drag you down and stop you from achieving your goals.

When I was overweight I was not executing‼️

I was still not willing to give up some old habits and mostly the eating habits.. 👎

Like I had some clients (still get some new ones) where they are not willing to give up those old habits.

I realised for me to be able to achieve what I need I have to give up what got me to this situation 1st hand

And stop saying after a week of good work that I deserve to eat this bad food or I deserve to drink this weekend. ❌

It may seem a bit extreme to some people but to be honest, if you want to get great results you have to do outstanding action. 🙏

It starts from breaking the habits and not thinking of doing them anymore as they are the reason for you to be out of shape.

Only if you want to look after your body and be the best you can be.. 🙋🏻‍♂️

You all have what it takes but sometimes you need that extra help and someone to guide you and show you the way it’s done.

I was the same too.. until I studied nutrition and sport for years and also hired multiple coaches throughout the years..

Some were meal plans only and some were workouts only and lately I had a business and fitness coach who helped me a lot and many other coaches to bring the best out of us. ✊

I have been helping 100s of clients online for the past 2 years and they also have improved so much on all levels..

What you need to do?

1️⃣ Have a goal

2️⃣ Put the strategies that will help you get there

3️⃣ Have a program to follow

3️⃣ Have a meal plan that suits your needs

4️⃣ Hold yourself accountable
(your life depends on it)

5️⃣ Be relentless

6️⃣ Ex*****on is a worship

These are few steps you can implement to achieve your goals and if followed to the T then you’ll get the results you want

The difference between summer body and winter body 😂

Most of you by now know me and knows that I fight so hard to be shredded. Yeah that’s right am just like most of you people😉

But you only see the shredded me when am posting my accomplishments 😅

As a matter of fact I don’t feel comfortable taking photos when am bulking (not shredding basically)

But the truth is am never overweight since I changed my lifestyle 5 years ago.

Am just not 6 pack guy all year around, which is fine by me as I love my traditional food too. 💁

This is why my clients love being on my program as they learn how to lose weight without giving up the food they love to eat..

The main thing they accomplish is that they lose the extra body fat they have accumulated throughout the years and they get to a comfortable weight where they can take off their shirts 👕 on the beach or wear a bikini 👙 again.. 🥳🥳

You can achieve that too by just changing your lifestyle and knowing how much you need to eat to lose weight.

3️⃣ Things to stay away from ❌

Have you ever looked at transformation photos and said to yourself, that’s photoshopped

OR

That’s not the same person ‼️

OR

That’s Fake ‼️

Let’s say it was fake.. the moment you are saying these things you are giving excuses to yourself to accept the things that you are not willing to put the effort in to change..

Now am not saying that we all should have 6 pack and look as fit as some fitness models ❌

Will be great if we could maintain that to be honest

But I personally do not have my abs all year around.. it’s A fact 👎 but I make sure iam comfortable with my body all year around 💪🏼

✅ I can touch my toes 🤣
✅ I can run without fainting 😅
✅ I can find clothes to fit in 5 minutes🎉
✅ I can take my shirt off 🤓
✅ I don’t have any disease caused by being overweight 🙏

These are the things I keep in mind and make sure am able to do with no problem..

Sometimes you gotta put a realistic goals to be able to achieve them also you gotta believe in yourself and the process

Things to stay away from:

❌ Stay away from negative thoughts
❌ Stay away from negative things
❌ Stay away from negative people

Focus on the future and Don’t regret the past but learn from it

Stay strong people and support each other

This one is a Hard gainer ‼️

It’s always a struggle 😟

Specially for the ones who are super active and work long hours..

Sometimes it’s hard to put weight on.. but it’s not impossible

Here is Dr. Irshad who is a specialist surgeon, who worked long hours and wasn’t paying attention to his eating habits 👎

Yes it happens to the best of us.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You my think being a Doctor he should know how to eat and what to eat❗️

Yes he does.. and most likely better than any fitness coach too.

But accountability is what he was lacking..

He loves his job and his patients to a point he forgot about himself..

No more ‼️ Am really proud of him and I can see the results 1 month in on our program already

Your thinking Ben changed heaps 😂 but this is true I did change..

I stopped being a bitch ❌

The story is, this is me and my fitness business coach

The man responsible for me making $2.5m in the past 10 months

Yup that’s right you read the correct number .. I just said $2.5m in 10 months

How I did that⁉️

I followed the program I was given once I hired my coach and we started to ..

Why is it important to have a coach I hear you asking! Good question 🤔

Take my coach for example:

✅ He’s 6 foot millionaire 😂
✅ He doesn’t smoke
✅ He doesn’t drink
✅ He always talks business
✅ He’s always about self development
✅ He’s always talking investments
✅ He’s always teaching self discipline
✅ He’s always teaching sales

And this list goes on an on.. but the story am telling here is .. always invest in bettering yourself and always look for ways to improve..

When you surround yourself with successful people you’ll ultimately become successful yourself..

She tried everything and she failed to lose weight before she started my program ‼️

To be honest when I was on the consultation call with (H) she said:

“I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and been seeing my dietitian too but nothing seems to be working”
